Working Together during COVID-19

COVID-19 variants continue to pose a threat to all of us. Please visit a branch only for those services that must be done in person. We encourage you to phone or email before visiting a branch.

As an essential service, PARAMA Credit Union will remain open to serve Members when we can, under guidelines set out by local and Provincial COVID-19 response frameworks. We are working to achieve a workplace that follows all precautionary measures identified by Public Health authorities to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We request you join us in creating a banking experience that protects the safety of all our Members, many of whom are vulnerable.

Here's how you can help
Please Always Call First

Consider if you really need to do your banking in person. Contact the helpdesk at 416-532-8723 or to see if your transaction can be done remotely. We'll even show you how.

Need cash?
Visit ding-free to find a surcharge-free ATM near you.

Direct Withdrawals / Direct Deposits

Most utility bills can be paid directly from your account.

Most government benefit payments, including EI, CPP, OAS, the GST credit and the Ontario Trillium benefit can be deposited directly into your account.  Sign up for direct deposit by logging in to your My Service Canada Account

If you must visit

Wear a mask, disinfect your hands upon arrival and observe the physical distancing dots.  Only 3 members in the branch at one time!  Please wait outside until you are invited in.

Here's what we're doing to help
Telephone and online banking

You will be pleasantly surprised by how much we can do for you over the phone. And perhaps now is the time to explore the improvements we've made to online banking.

COVID Workplace Policy

We have taken measures to reduce physical contact by implementing remote working arrangements, flexible hours, encouraging the use of virtual meetings and rigorously disinfecting public areas. This is in accordance with our COVID Workplace Policy which makes all of us individually responsible for doing our part to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
