Members will be locked out of Online Banking if they fail to enter the correct temporary verification code three times.

What if I get a new Debit Card?

If you change your Debit Card (due to, for example, a lost card), Parama Member Support will use a migration tool so there will be no impact to you when they get a new card.

What if I use multiple Debit Cards to log on?

Each Increased Authentication enrollment is tied to a single Debit Card. Members with multiple Debit Cards and separate logins must complete a separate Increased Authentication enrollment for each card.
