Job Title: Data Analyst

- Salary Range (Base): $85,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Role Summary:
A hands‑on analytics role that combines SQL development, scripting, and data wrangling with contributions to data policies, frameworks, and governance. The position also supports Enterprise Content Management (ECM) development, refinement, and maintenance to improve information flows and lifecycle practices.
Work Arrangement & Hours:
Primarily a standard business‑hours (9–5) role with flexibility for project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize SQL for reporting and data extraction; develop scripts and light pipelines.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to support decision‑making.
- Contribute to data governance frameworks (policies, standards, stewardship models, quality rules).
- Support ECM processes (taxonomy, retention, access, and change control).
- Partner across IT and Operations to raise data literacy and support audits and compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / IS / Data Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong SQL plus one scripting language (Python/R); data wrangling experience.
- Ability to adapt to governance principles and expectations arising from a highly regulated industry; Azure exposure an asset.
