How can I reset my Digital Banking password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your Member Card number and the last 3 digits of your SIN.
Enter the Two-Step Verification (2SV) code sent to your email or mobile phone.
Create a new Personal Access Code (PAC)/Password, following the password requirements shown on the page.
Re-enter your new password to confirm.
Return to the login page and sign in using your Member Card number and new password.
