Log in to Online Banking or the Parama Mobile App.
Click International Transfers.
- For Online Banking: on the left-hand menu, navigate to Transfers > International Transfers.
- For the Mobile App: select the Transfers icon > International Transfers.
Read the disclaimer and proceed.
You will be re-directed to a new page.
Complete the registration requirements and add your ID.
Add your recipient(s).
You are ready to start sending International Transfers!

What are the minimum and maximum International Transfer amounts?

You can transfer between $10 CAD and $25,000 CAD to most countries. If you need to send more than $25,000 CAD, please contact Agility at (604) 256-6200.

How long does an International Transfer take?

Transfers within North America are typically delivered the next day.
International Transfers outside North America typically take two business days.

How do I keep track of my International Transfer?

Your transfer will appear in your transaction history in Online Banking in real-time. You will also receive an email notification when the transfer has left your account and when it arrives at the recipient’s account.

What are the exchange rates?

With real time pricing in International Transfers, you will get Parama’s true exchange rate every time! The rate refreshes every 10 seconds.
