Which browsers are supported for Online Banking?

Only certain browsers are supported by Agility: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari (current version only & intended to be used only on Apple devices).

What if I don’t have Parama’s Online Banking login page bookmarked?

You can always visit Parama’s website and click the Online Banking login button at the top-right corner of our website. To navigate to the login page directly, please update your bookmark.

How can I set up Autodeposit (Direct Deposit) using Online Banking?

  1. Log in using your Password/PAC (Personal Access Code) and click Transfers.
  2. Select Autodeposit.
  3. Enter an email address that is unique to Parama and not used elsewhere.
  4. Select the account you would like the e-Transfer to be deposited to.
  5. Confirm acknowledgements and register.

What are the Outgoing and Incoming Interac e-Transfer limits?

  • Outgoing e-Transfer limits are: $10,000/day, $30,000/week, and $90,000/month.
  • There is no Incoming e-Transfer limit.

What are the branch/transit, institution, and account numbers?

  • Branch/Transit #: 07802
  • Institution #: 828 or 0828 if 4-digits
  • Account #: your 12-digit Account # found on cheques, Online Banking and Parama’s Mobile App.
